HEALTH CARE SERVICES

• Orthopedic products, and individual applications.
• Company's premises is a shop where you can purchase a wide range of orthopedic products, crutches, sticks, bedsore mattresses, and other measures.

Patients who apply for state reimbursement of orthopedic equipment means the company must submit:

• Personal health care doctor's certificate issue (027/a).
• Lithuanian Republic passport / identity card, birth certificate.
• Disabled people and pensioners, the disabled person or pensioner's certificate.
• Children under 18 years old and incapable persons are served only by their relatives or accompanying persons in a different representation of the evidence.
• Families receiving social benefits, in addition to the members of the municipal welfare department a statement of the fact that they are recipients of social benefits.

Applied reimbursable orthopedic technical measures to follow approved by the Lithuanian Ministry of Health in 2009. 10 June Order No. V-466 (Official Gazette, 2009-06-18, no. 72-2952), ), setting out general medical rehabilitation services for children and adults reporting, which provides that "compensatory and orthopedic applications engineering services and consulting relevant experts may be secured under contract with other agencies".
